This is the third sleep patch I have tried and I can honestly say it’s the best.
since using the patches I sleep deeper but still only sleep about 5 hrs. i feel disappointed but will finish the box to see if things change
Long time insomniac here. The patch is working to get me to sleep fast, which is awesome. However, it's not keeping me asleep. I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to slumber.
As a perimenopausal woman, these products are the only thing that help me sleep. I use the natural Fall Asleep and Stay Asleep and on bad nights I add the patch. I LOVE Sandland.
The patches used to be packaged individually and on occasion I would damage the patch while ripping the package open. Now with 5 inside and resealable envelope that is no longer an issue!
I feel the improvement in both falling asleep and staying asleep.
