Didn't know how good sleep was until now. My sleep is better than it ever has been.
This product works to help me fall asleep, but only for a short period - appx 2 hours. Stay Asleep serves no purpose at all. I sleep a total of 4 hours with them. I contacted them for a refund and they said it was after the 30 day window. Terrible customer service.
