I have tried every OTC sleep aid available and Sandland’s Stay Asleep has been the the only one that has worked for me. I normally without a sleep aid will sleep 4-5 hours with noticeably poor sleep quality upon arising and feeling tired by 3 pm. But with the Stay Asleep, I sleep 8 hours, wake up feeling rested and with no fatigue during the day. I will definitely stick with it to see if my sleep pattern will change for the better.
I have tried all the Sandland products and while they are all helpful, the CBN sleep set is by far the most effective. It is expensive so I don't take it every day and I will alternate them (fall asleep and stay asleep) depending on my needs. It is wonderful to know I always have something to help me if I am facing a sleepless night.
I have not noticed any ill effects from any of the Sand land products and I don't feel I have developed a dependence on them and I have been using them for several months.
Falling asleep and staying asleep have never come easily for me. I'll go weeks without it unless I take something. Tried most of the things and these are my new favorite little helper's! Nature's Xanax and I'm about it. You better believe I got me a subscription.
